Melissa is an American trained Speech Pathologist, who received her Master of Science degree in Speech Pathology from the University of North Texas. Melissa has a passion for working within the field of paediatrics and has worked in paediatric private practices for over five years. She is experienced in providing therapy to children ranging from infancy to school age with various speech, language, feeding and developmental difficulties. Her experience includes Autism Spectrum Disorder, Down Syndrome, late talkers, articulation/speech sound disorders, stuttering, language development, social skills, childhood apraxia of speech, oral motor and sensory feeding. Melissa also enjoys running group programs to allow children to practice their skills in a naturalistic and peer based setting. Melissa is PROMPT trained.

Melissa enjoys working collaboratively with clients, parents and other professionals in order to provide the best support for her clients. She is committed to delivering high quality, evidence-based therapy in a fun and engaging way in order to empower individuals to reach their full potential.

In her spare time, Melissa enjoys travelling, cooking for friends and family, running, and spending time outdoors with her dog.
