Professional Development and Supervision
We provide a very generous professional development budget and paid leave program to attend external professional development events. Our staff are further encouraged to expand their personal and professional learnings through participation in in-house presentations, team projects, and peer support.
Our formal in-house supervision program ensures our therapists are closely supported in their role. Regular, scheduled supervision time is factored into therapist calendars. Frequency of supervision is determined based on the level of experience of the therapist, with early career therapists receiving supervision weekly. This is all alongside the informal peer supervision and support that takes place day to day in the clinic.
Admin Support
Our phenomenal admin team take care of everything outside of running your therapy sessions! This includes bookings / calendar management, payments, invoicing, fees, service agreements, rebates and medicare claims. They are available to assist with resource development, client liaison, and are always available to lend a hand or ear.
In addition to the admin support provided by the admin team directly , all therapists receive daily non-billable admin time booked into their calendars. We do not offer 30-minute therapy sessions. There is time between each session for prep/pack down and finalising of case notes.

Accessing our clinic
Please note that you will not be able to turn right into the undercover carpark if approaching from the west along Mt-Gravatt Capalaba Road. You will need to do a U-Turn at Palmdale Lane and come back up to enter the carpark.
Parking can be found under the building – there is ample signed car parks available.
The clinic is accessible via stairs and ramp.
